Gemphere — AI ecosystem analyst
Hey, I’m Gem. Your Head of Ecosystem.
I read your target accounts, map your team's extended network, and surface the warm intros you can request and make, even the ones two hops out.
Message Gem on WhatsApp or start on the web — Gem is a proactive AI agent that drafts every ask, gets both sides to opt in, and tracks what landed.
Your AI warm-intro agent on WhatsApp and the web
Gemphere is not a profile browser or cold-outreach tool. Gem is an AI agent you message on WhatsApp (or the web) to find who can actually make an introduction, rank paths by relationship warmth, write the double opt-in ask, and follow through until the intro lands.
- Message Gem on WhatsApp to sign up, ask for intros, and get weekly digests of who is worth reaching.
- Connect your calendar so Gem maps your extended network without reading your email.
- See ranked warm intro paths to target accounts — Gem picks the strongest connector, not the first name.
- Gem drafts every introduction request; nothing sends until you and the connector both approve.
- Track intro history, portfolio needs, and who is owed — for individuals free, and for VC teams on Enterprise.
Why Gem exists
Everyone you need is already two people away. Nobody knows which two.
Four things go wrong in every company, every week. Gem was built for all four.
Network visibility
Your colleagues, investors, advisors, customers, and everyone they used to work with. Somewhere in there is a path to the account you've been cold emailing for six months. Gem holds the map and ranks every path by how warm it actually is.
Timing
You need the intro this week — you find out who could have made it next quarter. Gem watches what your team is chasing and tells you the week a path opens.
Nothing is tracked
Requests arrive over Slack, email, and meetings. Gem holds all of it: who asked, who said yes, what never went out, and who owes you one.
One place to ask
Tell Gem the goal — a lead investor, VP Sales hire, warm intro to a target account — and Gem works it for your firm and the companies you back.
A week with Gem
- Track what your portfolio needs and where your team can open doors.
- Answer on demand: name an LP, customer, or hire and get people actually worth reaching.
- Surface the warm intro you can request with the ask already drafted.
- Follow through on who helped, what landed, and when to check in.
- When the path is not inside your firm, Gem can introduce someone from Gem’s own network.
I also work with funds
For the fund, Gem works your side of the table: LPs for the next close, co-investors, competitive founders, and board operators — ranking every path by warmth, drafting the ask, and getting both yeses before anything moves.
For the portfolio, Gem makes you the connector you keep promising to be — matching each company's needs against everyone your firm knows and doing the asking so you get credit for intros you never had to remember to make.
Frequently asked questions
How is Gem different from a relationship CRM?
A CRM answers “who do we know?” Gem answers “who will actually make this introduction, and when?” — ranking paths by warmth, drafting the ask, and sending only with your approval.
Do you make introductions outside our network?
Only when you want. By default Gem works inside your extended graph. When there is no warm path, Gem can offer someone from Gem’s network — you always see which before anything is sent.
Does Gem send anything without my permission?
No. Gem drafts, you approve. No message or introduction goes out until you have read it and said yes.
Does Gem read my email?
No. Gem only uses calendar access to map relationships and score warmth — not your inbox.
